March is a huge, fun month to purchase items to keep your fabulous wardrobes up to date and to come shopping with us. Here are some style and fashion tips from Trend for autumn and winter and we look forward to shopping with you.

Autumn and winter 2010 is exciting with new brands, styles and silhouettes in fashion. This season’s look is the bold shoulder. Sharp shoulders (from subtle tones to extreme) are a feature from dresses, coats, blazers, jumpers and cardigans. These are a must if you wish to update your look.

Boyfriend blazers have made a comeback, to be worn with dresses or this season’s slouch pants, heels or boots.  It is also time to invest in a great looking coat to trench, belted at the waist.

Speaking of boots, if you have the long legs for them, you must invest in a pair of the “over the knee” boots, great with black leather leggings, plain leggings or skinny jeans.

Love leather this winter as it is back for another season. Add some sumptuous fabric to your wardrobe this winter with velvet as it is the new “in” fabric for the seasons.

Scarves are back in a huge way and are a great way to accessorize any outfit and look great with huge earrings. Team with fabulous shoes, handbag and sunnies and your look is complete.

Cue has some great dresses out for the coming seasons and watch out for Country Roads “Matt” look with some fabulous heels.

Guys: The look for autumn and winter is very strong, easy to buy looks informed by nostalgia and defined by fit, cut and fabrics. Look for Vertical lines in shirts and team your outfit with a great looking scarf or hat.

Funky looks are fabulous for the weekend, teaming jeans with a t-shirt, trainers, scarf and a blazer.
